The INTERREG Central Baltic project “Sustainability in Finance – SuFi” (www.sufi.fi) workshop 2 has been organised on 3 March 2021 in order to 1) finalize first versions of student journeys by looking at assessment of the SuFi course learning outcomes within planned learning activities;, 2) agree on how the joint course development continues so that everyone can be ready for the first pilot implementation next fall; 3) create first versions of course descriptions needed for course marketing and enrolment; 4) inform how to get an access to SuFi courses in Haaga-Helia Moodle, etc. The SuFi course ideation workshop 2 was moderated by Heli Lankinen from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.

The workshop participants divided into three subgroups (breakout rooms) – one for each SuFi module: (1) Sustainable development and climate change; (2) Sustainable finance; and (3) Future megatrends and vocational competencies. Everyone had an opportunity to work in the same breakout room in all three 20-minute rounds ((1) Assessment of learning outcomes; (2) Who does what & when; (3) Course description) using Flinga canvas, Excel canvas and MS Word course description template. The SuFi course planning continues in small group meetings in Zoom and via MS Teams platform of the SuFi project. It is planned to organise one more workshop in this Spring to finalize the course ideation.
