Projekta īstenošanas laiks: no 01.01.2009. līdz 15.12.2009. 

Projekta mērķis: pedagoģijas doktora studiju un promocijas procedūras īstenošana ar kopprojektu rezultātu publicēšanu starptautiski citējamā EERJ žurnālā un British Education Index  (BEI) datu bāzes Education-line rakstu kolekcijā.

Projekta īstenotāji: LU Pedagoģijas doktora studiju padome, LU PPF profesori, LU PPF PZI pētnieki, 64 doktoranti, sadarbības universitāšu profesori un doktoranti.

Projekta rezultāti:  

2009. gadā uzsākta promocijas procedūra un aizstāvēti 4 doktorantu darbi (A.Gulbe, L.Daniela, T.Gžibovskis, I.Čamane).

Organizēts un novadīts Āzijas un Eiropas mūžmācīšanās pētniecības un izglītības 4. tīkla „Mūžizglītības politikas nacionālās stratēģijas pilsoņu motivācijas veicināšanai un tālākizglītības un mācīšanās šķēršļu novēršanai” darba seminārs 2009. gada 16.–19. jūnijā ar Eiropas un Āzijas koppētījuma iniciēšanu. Nodrošināta pētnieku un doktorantu līdzdalība ar 2 publikācijām un 1 posteri Āzijas un Eiropas mūžmācīšanās pētniecības un izglītības 3. tīkla konferencē “Teachers and Trainers in Adult Education and Lifelong Learning. Professional Development in Asia and Europe” 2009. gada 29.-30. jūnijā, Bergisch Gladbach, Vācijā. Publikāciju un postera sagatavošanas procesā tika iesaistīti trīs doktoranti (S.Baranova, E.Fernandezs, O.Dementjeva), LU PPF PZI pētniece S.Surikova un LU PPF PZI direktore, prof.I.Maslo:

Nodrošināta profesoru, pētnieku un doktorantu līdzdalība ECER 2009 konferencē "Theory and Evidence in European Educational Research" (2009.gada 25.-30. septembrī, Vīnē, Austrijā) ar nolūku popularizēt koppētījumu rezultātus. Trīs koppublikāciju sagatavošanas procesā ECER 2009 konferencei (Vīnē, Austrijā) tika iesaistīti četri LU PPF PZI pētnieki (A.Fernāte, I.Lūka, R.Birziņa, S.Surikova), divi doktoranti (J.Jaņeviča, S.Ludborža), viens doktora grāda pretendents (D.Kalniņa), divi profesori (prof. E.Černova, prof. I.Maslo) ar iespēju publicēties žurnālā "European Educational Research Journal" (ISSN 1474-9041) un/vai British Education Index(BEI) datu bāzes Education-line rakstu kolekcijā.
